Who are we ?
For more than 20 years Michel J.Horion progressed in the world of human resources management. In 1988 he started up Human Management Advice – HMA.
As former user of HR-services then as service provider he became conscious of the need to provide an accurate information about recruitment and selection be it to employers or to candidates.
The yearbook ‘Who’s recruiting who in BeLux’ give a wide overview of how to deal with this crucial aspect of managing an organisation. It gives all means for recruiting and selecting candidates, be it by our self or through the assistance of the adequate service providers. The fact that this yearbook starts its 19th publication shows the interest it is granted.
HMA started it’s activities under the name of ‘Green Line-Jobs, pre-selection by phone’. Afterwards it became a generalist and bilingual recruitment and selection bureau working in various industrial sectors working over the country.
As advisor HMA offers a widespread vision on HRM, having know all the aspects of the function here included Prevention and even the insurance matters related to people at work.
His ‘biculturality’, French and Dutch, brought him to work in the whole country, essentially within multinationals. This allowed him to come to a constructive dialog either with employers or candidates/employees.
Adept of continuous training he attended, during the last years, trainings in systemic analysis, competence management and professional coaching of individuals.
His desire to share his experience brought Michel J.Horion to offer his services to companies willing to offer to their valuable elements a coaching in the management techniques.
Because, as Antoine de Saint Exupery stated : ‘All the art and the magic of leadership stays in the art of addressing people’.
